46-SE Headsail boom swivel attachment, for SAILSetc boom.
Where you want to use the SAILSetc style headsail boom with a swivel formed by a piece of line this fitting will enable you to attach the boom easily to a metal ring (see item 46b). Adjustment along the boom is provided by boom track slide 104B and the hook is designed to remain firmly in place on the boom. Additional security against becoming un-hooked is provided by use of the O Ring supplied with fitting or you can use metal part of 104D – not included with 46-SE.
