Highest quality at an affordable price

Made from prepreg Carbon Fibre / polymer materials

Stainless Steel precision bearings

Can be used as a standard gooseneck by putting the screw to zero offset control

Compatible with forward end main boom fittings of most popular manufacturers.

With a standard gooseneck, when the sail goes from a beat to run the mainsail leach slackens off thus spilling wind as the breeze increases. In the past people have put shims at the bottom of the gooseneck (see some of Lester Gilberts articles).

As the breeze increases you unwind the screw to allow the shaft to be slacker. You then set the boat up for a beating trim with the ability of the gooseneck to tighten or open the leach on the run. - the screw gives the ability to fine tune.

Please Note - To fit SAILSetc main booms you will need item 103a or 103b and for 10mm I.D. round booms you will need item 103-120.   If you require a cunningham eye, order item 35-020 eyebolt and trim thread to 10mm
