Contains many of the author’s A Class, Ten Rater, 6 Metre and Marblehead class designs reproduced at A4 size & spanning the years 1950 to 1990. An insight into the sport’s development from one of its most prolific and consistent designers during that time.
Lewis was joint author of the famous Priest and Lewis 'Model Racing Yachts' published by MAP in the late 1960s.
Including the lines of thirty-two A Class, twenty-two 10 Raters, four 6 Metres, two Marbleheads, two 12 Metres, a 5.5 Metre, two power boats, three cruising yachts, a river launch, a praam dinghy, and some designs by W.H. Davey from whom John Lewis learnt.
